Talbots Navy and White Striped Maxi Dress w/ Pink and Navy Soutache Trim

Cool summer tank dress with soutache trim at neckline. Tie belt with pink tassels. Elastic waist. Scoop neck. Pullover style with side slits. Stretchy knit fabric. Note - tags are missing but I purchased this, so I know where I bought it and what size it was. Approximate layflat measurements: 20” pit to pit, 45” long and 16.5” waist but elastic waist stretches to 21”. Coordinating navy dress shrug (shown in last photo) has SOLD.
