Talbots NWT Tulip Wrap Maxi Dress

Wonder full stretchy jersey knit fabric. Black and white stripe. Functional drawstring waist. The overlap in front is stitched down to just above the knee. Fantastic dress. One of my all-time favorites. I bought 2 sizes and ended up keeping the smaller one. (Forgot to take this one back in time🙄)
