Talbots light blue button up vest top. Buttons in the front and can be cinched in the back for the perfect fit! Size 4 (Talbots runs slightly big so could also probably fit a size 6). Can be worn casually or dressed up and is a super cute summer staple! Worn only a few times, only visible sign of wear is some fading at armpits (shown above) that can’t be seen when worn.
