Talbot's Khaki skirt size 0P 0 Petite Madame Chic

Cute, casual khaki skirt with Talbot's dependable quality, this skirt was worn less than three times & was too short for me. I bought it knowing it would go with everything, from striped Breton tees to black, white, colored, solid or print tops. I wish it would have fit and I should have bought a size 2.
