Talbots Green Eyelet Lace Pencil Skirt size medium

This is one happy green! I love this Talbots green eyelet pencil skirt. It is well made and lined nicely. Back zipper closure/slit. This is a size 12 BUT IT HAS BEEN ALTERED in the hips to be a little smaller. For current approximate measurements see photos. It is gently used and in good condition. Comes from a smoke free home.
