This top is in good condition, has no stains, rips or tears. As shown in the picture, the fabric has a visible "texture" sometimes referred to as "slub"

@mdshairsalon Hi...Thanks for shopping. It really isn't lace, it is eyelet fabric in the same color that covers the entire center front with a scalloped edge. It lays completely flat. These tops are great because you can wear them casual with shorts or dress them up with a skirt and even under a jacket. Very cool can comfortable.
