Talbot's Collection Women's wool skirt, P/6, 22 inches long, 19 inches wide, fully wide, embellished with silver & gunmetal studs front & back, 50% wool, 30% nylon, 20% silk. Waistband wrapped in black velvet ribbon. Skirt color is mostly black with specks of grey and white. Excellent condition.
