Talbots Collarless Black and White Blazer / 6P / Never worn

Chic collarless black and white blazer from Talbots. Never worn, in perfect condition. Mostly white with a big black stripe across the bottom. Love the subtle striped lining! Size 6 petite, but would also easily fit size 4. (Basically size small)
