Donating Talbots Chiffon Ruffles

This skirt by Talbots is divided into 3.5” parts: the waistband is 3.5” wide and it’s followed by a succession of 3.5” ruffles in the softest chiffon animal print in pale cocoa and dark chocolate. The waist measures 14.75 lying flat on this size 4 and it’s about 23” long. It has a 7.5” zipper on one side. It’s just the most fun skirt. I’ve shown it over a sequined dress I have for sale but a simple tee would look just as cute. I wore it both ways.
