Talbots Butter Yellow Cotton Necktie Blouse

This blouse is a great vintage wardrobe piece- it's in a soft, pastel yellow and 100% cotton. It features a puff sleeve at the shoulders and a necktie that fastens quickly and easily with the built in loop. Please note there is a small mark on the right shoulder near the top of the sleeve (pictured).
