These are the Talbots Block Heel Tasseled Pumps in black suede. The upper is suede with an elastic insert on top of the toe box. The insert only stretches at the very top . The shoe features a beautiful, sophisticated tassel accent on top & a 1.25” suede covered heel. **NOTE** the paint on the interior lining is chipping.
