At 85% cotton and 15% rayon, this is the perfect warm weather skirt. The 100% white cotton lining peeks through the textured exterior. Measures 24 inches from the waist to the hem. There are four front and four back pleats. Waist band is 3 inches. Waist is 36 1/2 inches. Dry clean.
