Talbots Belted Floral Dress with Pleated Skirt Size 12

This bright floral dress by Talbots has a vintage feel to it, but doesn’t have padded shoulders, so I’m assuming it’s a bit newer. Features include a floral design on black background, pleated skirt, belt and 3 button closure at the back neckline with fabric covered buttons. It is in GUC, the belt is a little worn and has some spots on it, but not overly noticeable. (See pic) This dress would lend itself to using a plain colored or metallic belt in it’s place, as well. The hem also looks as though it may have been redone, though I’m not positive. (See pic) This would be a perfect dress for a wedding, shower or garden/tea party. Soft and satiny, it’s made from 100% polyester. A great versatile piece to add to your wardrobe.
