Just slide the little plastic knob to the right side for each day when you’ve taken your medicine. It has a really nice feel and works well. The knobs are strong enough that they will not slide out of place by accident, and they make a tiny clicking sound. This can be stuck onto the side of a pill bottle and reused, or you can keep it near your medication or take it on the go. The back is curved so that it can stick to a pill bottle.
