Tail Cherry Watercolor Card

An original watercolor painting. Madison Square Park April Tail Cherry Blossoms. 5 x 7 watercolor card with Japanese watercolor on rough paper. Painted en plain air from observation near the chairs they set out in the garden surrounded by cherry trees and shake shack. This tree is on the west edge, over seeing “Eataly”, and waivers only at the tip with the wind. This spring has been chilly and I got too cold in an hour, so this is what I have. Soon the petals will fall and I’m glad I got to spend time with the blossoms. April 24, 2022, around 6pm. Happy to sign if desired.
