Tahari ruffle blouse. EUC. Sleeveless.

Classy Tahari blouse with front ruffle, which is hard to see in pic so I took one with sunlight coming through hoping to make it more realistic. Excellent condition.....little snug for me so never worn but no tags. Button up front with small metal silver buttons.
