Tahari red full length ruffle skirt gown

New with tags, never worn. Purchased for an event and decided on a different dress. This dress is lovely and perfect for any shape or size. Size is 12. One of the loops for the belt has come unraveled however this is very minor and could be fixed at a seamstress or yourself for very cheap. There are only two loops on the dress so they aren’t really necessary. Smoke free home.
