This beautiful emerald green blouse, is 100% silk inside, outside has a very pretty print. Wear it with or without the tie which is soft satin green as well. One of the loops needs to be sewn. There are no other issues. Is completely lined. The neckline and bottom have that frayed effect all part of this style. Side zipper look at pics. Wore once like new.
