This is gently used but in decent condition. There are some snags on the garment thay need to be knotted up and repaired. The neckline is a low scoop neck with ruffles on the neck and cuffs. While the skirt is a ruffled A line design on the bottom. Both pieces are lined and is a very feminine and powerful piece to own.
