Tahari Petites scarlet dress

This beautiful dress is made of a non-stretch crepe fabric and is fully lined. Quality details include an intricate fringe at the hem, and bra strap holders inside the dress straps, to keep everything in place. Worn only once to a Christmas party, but it was a big hit (probably because of the plunging neckline lol)!
