Tahari Blue business dress

Tahari By Arthur S. Levine. Blue business casual dress. There was a black belt that came with it but I didn’t like it with the dress…could wear without belt or with another belt. Unfortunately I can’t find the belt. There are 4 belt loops (2 on front and 2 back). Please look at photos. No rips, tears or stains. Smoke free home. Open to offers!
