Tahari Black and White Polka Dot Dress Stripes on Side Shift High Crew Neck Sz 2

Size 2 Tahari dress. Has mesh applique stripes up the sides and down the center in the back. There is a spot where the applique is coming unattached on one of the sides (shown in last photo). There is some rippling near the bottom of the sides, which I believe is intentional. Measurements (taken when laid flat): Armpit-Armpit: 17.5" Waist: 18" Hips: 19.5" Length: 33"
