Tahari Arthur S. Levine sheath dress  Black with folded button collar and stitched trim; patent leather belt Women's size 14 Approximate measurements when flat:  * Length: 41" * Shoulders: 17" * Sleeve: 6.5" * Chest: 21" * Waist: 18.5"  * Hem: 23" New with tags -- the dress is good quality and in perfect condition but the belt is flaking and messy. I'm including it in separate packaging but it would be best to replace it with another.
