Cropped jacket has 3/4 sleeves and is lined and embellished with beads and silver thread and accented with Pearl-like rhinestone button. NWT Although the bust measures 17-18” flat, I feel this dress really is a size 6 as it’s way too big for the 4 that tried it on. The sheath fitted style does make it more difficult to size.
