bleuspark @redsox46 Hi. The waist is 16” flat but there is a drawstring to make it as small as you like. Length 44”. There is a slit on one side 22”. It is some stretch in the fabric but it’s not like a stretchy knit. Expensive fabric that drapes beautifully.

redsox46 @bleuspark sorry ignore the last questions! I for some reason was thinking 44 was extremely long but I just measured a skirt I have and it’s 40. So it all makes sense lol. Sending an offer now!! Thanks for dealing with me lol

bleuspark @redsox46 For future reference, I welcome reasonable offers but when brand new with tags items are already listed at 75% off, there is little wiggle room. My $30 counter was 80% off. I can be somewhat more flexible with used garments & I always do best prices for bundles.

redsox46 @bleuspark I offered 35% off your asking price at 25.00 and thought that was a reasonable first offer and figured if it didn’t work for you, you would counter. Your counter was reasonable as well and that’s why I didn’t counter because I assumed it was your lowest, which I totally respect. Was just debating the purchase as I will need to get it hemmed.
