Tahari Arthur S. Levine womens 100% silk sheath dress in black with silk chiffon polka dot overlay on top. Size 12, measures approximately 19.5” underarm to underarm, 17” across the waist, 21” across the hip, and 38” length. Zips up the back, overlay has a keyhole tie in back. Small slit in back of skirt. Excellent condition.
