We've found that these are very useable and perfect for every active lifestyle activity regardless if you're running, weight training, cross-fitting or breaking shins in Muay Thai bouts. When these were designed it was to have more of a tailored fit compared to that of other short companies that are 'flowy' with a more generic waistband that allows a bunch of leeway. The waistband is not as forgiving so it's important to take the sizing into consideration when ordering.”
