This is a tank top by Tabitha Webb (Target line) in mint and multi colored floral. The bottom layer hangs loose, while the top layer is open in the back and flowy. It has a crew neck, and a zipper up the back. Measurements laid flat: Armpit to armpit - 21” Length - 27.5”
