This is a great dress in its bold black and red color scheme. The top is a simple short sleeve that given the look of a short jacket with the black insert in the front with 3 gold tone and black enamel buttons up each side. The skirt is a simple A-line that compliments the top. The waist is elastic and could fit a waist from 32-36" easily. Has shoulder pads but no pockets.
