Thankfully, Ty Warner was talked out of ending the line, and "The End" did not mark the final Beanie Baby ever made. Subsequently, Ty released another bear called "The Beginning for the New Year." This particular bear is in mint condition, housed in a protective plastic box, and has only been used for display, untouched by children or animals. Although the hang tag is detached, it can be reattached. It has been kept in a smoke-free environment.
