The back of box reads, "©Ty, Inc. Oakbrook, IL U.S.A." Oakbrook is incorrect, should be Oak Brook as it is on the bottom of the back of the package. "©1999 McDonald's Corporation, Oak Brook, IL 60523" Each bear's tush tag with the REVERSE side of the TY logo side reads: "Contents: High Density Polyethelene Pellets" Polyethelene is spelled wrong. It should be spelled Polyethylene. PE Pellets vs. PVC Pellets. The first toys have PVC pellets inside. It was in 1998 the toys were being produced with PE pellets because they were ecofriendly.
