stackejantz @nmoni8 I have purchased 3 pairs of these. 1 for myself/work perfectly; 1 for friend/don’t seem to work; and 1 for my stepdaughter/worked fine; now don’t. I have my friend’s the case shows no light when off charger & red blinking when on. No blue light to the pods . Do you think it could be a problem with the case not charging the pods; the pods themselves or; are they just that dead and I should leave them charging? And TIA for any wisdom you can bestow upon me.

nmoni8 @stackejantz I would trouble shoot, I have a IPhone so when I connect it tells and show a pic to me the percentage of the case and both buds, My daughter has a Android she said it tells just the percentage of the buds. Can I ask what kind of phones each have?

stackejantz @nmoni8 everyone has iPhones. Which truly makes me think that they may just be a bad pair. Mine connected quickly like you said yours did.

nmoni8 @stackejantz Try to charge their buds in your case, and your buds in their case and see what happens.I use my iPhone charger cord to charge mines instead of the little cord provided. Let them charge over night doing this and see what happens. It depends what manufacturer the person bought their AirPods from to know the quality or just a bad patch produced.
