This is a framed cameo plaque featuring two ornate vintage Victorian lady designs by Turner. The plaque depicts the West Wind and East Wind in a Victorian style. The frame is made of wood with a gold color finish. The item has a height of 14 inches, a length of 2 inches, and a width of 12 inches.
