Did this cover seem to cover the sides of the cart well. I just bought one and put it on a Costco cart and half the sides weren’t covered

My daughter used it only once or twice for her twins. Can’t say yay or nay cause I’m not 100% sure . I don’t remember there being any issues. Sorry can’t be of more help .
