TULLE casual yellow striped short sleeve crochet knit dress

TULLE casual yellow striped short sleeve crochet knit midi dress size medium. Ramie/Rayon material. Not shown in picture but there is a thin mustard yellow slip dress to wear under this dress. But the slip dress is a size small. I would consider this to run small for a medium. Pit to pit was about 16” but it does have a little stretch
