TULIP SHIFT DRESS

This sweet little shift posts some really cool gathered patterns on the bottom half of the dress. It is loose and cotton-y comfortable. I bought this dress in Key West a few years ago, made by Tulip. They still sell this style and different fabrics. An easy to wear size small.
