TRULY 4 YOU Made in India Smocked Crop Top Shirt Patchwork Design

This is a reworked piece, it was originally a dress. I needed the skirt of the dress for a DIY project, once I cut the bottom off I realized what a cute top this would be. You can see the bottom has a raw edge. This will not unravel when washed/worn because smocked part is still intact and sewn separately. Smocked bodice with puffy sleeves, square neck.
