Black velvet dress with white tulle underneath and with ornate and elegant lace detailing on bottom and on sweatheart neckline decorated with sequins and beads. Please note, that one side of the lace detail on the neckline is slightly coming off (last pic) but can easily be restitched with just thread and needle.
