True Rock Tie Dye outfit set. Brand New without tags. Long skirt with shorts (skort) underneath and open front so you can see the shorts. Matching crop top with draped ruffled shoulder, wear on or off shoulders. Tag says Medium but looks small to me. Has some stretch to it but not too stretchy. Measures 13 in waist unstretched, stretches to 14 in (so max 28 waist). Top measurement is 15 in. , 16 in. stretched (max 32 in bust). Skirt is 38 in. long.
