ljmad3000 hi, I love this dress but I'm trying to figure out if it will fit what is the bust and waist measurement? and also is the fabric content 100% rayon is there any stretch? any spandex?. I normally wear a two in this brand but they can be slightly unforgiving and I don't know if I should try the 4. thanks so much!

kharanickels @ljmad3000 Flat rayon doesn't has elastic so it doesn't really have much give. This measures 13" flat at the waist (not pulled completely taut but also not lax)
