jsingh889 Hi! I'm an XS/S also. The top is meant to be relaxed fit so it works well with boots and leggings bc it covers your behind. Or looks really cute slightly tucked in with jeans too. Yes I def cinch it with a belt when worn with leggings. I bought it from Papaya I think.
