Crisp white eyelet fabric with ruffled bottom Fully lined Elastic waist Halter neckline with double button closure on the back of the neck. I bought this and stored it away for summer and now it doesn’t fit. 😩 Pit to pit - approx 21” flat across Waist - 17.5” flat across stretches to 22” Length - approx 45” down center of the back
