New With Tags! Please Read Condition Notes Below! I purchased this dress with absolutely no need, other than it having enough elegant drama to suit some unknown special occasion. The fabric, the outer shell, is a stunning metallic red that is fluid, reflecting back highs and lows ranging from back to silvery shimmers. It is smooth to the touch, with a very organic drape. The bodice has a slight bit of padding that evenly distributed the fabric for best shape, especially around the neckline. The waist is defined with a one inch band, and the rest is just flared bliss! Underneath is a petticoat with crinoline to provide overall shape and structure. The crinoline is between two layers of soft lining. I tried to photograph and identify the layers underneath. -Adjustable matching straps. -Well disguised pockets. -Zip entry back with hook & eye closure. -Fully lined. As far as condition, I do want to note that the crinoline is quite “crunchy” and stiff, as it should be. But despite the soft lining, I could see where the edges of the crinoline have rubbed, pressed, etched, and pinched parts of the shell. The outer fabric is so impressionable that these marks are visible in multiple areas. I’m not sure if these can be smoothed over. Despite this, I’m not seeing any holes, rips, or weak seams.
