TOPP Collection Sitting Porcelain Doll Thumb Sucking

Porcelain head, hands, and legs. Doll is sitting “cross legged” She has cloth stuffed body and arms. Her right arm ( thumb sucking hand) bends freely her left is stiff. I’m guessing this is because she sucks her right thumb. Her left shoulder stitching is coming loose see photo. She is wearing pantaloons a pretty dress with fur and ribbon buttons. She has on a green coat ( I’m not sure it originally came with the doll) She has auburn hair that feels like real hair. A wide open mouth for her Right thumb. Non paperwork. Retail sticker remnants on Right leg.
