Basic black cotton top with front embellished beads and rhinestones by Newport News. This top has a low scoop neck and a large beaded design on the front with large white beads, rhinestones, silver multifaceted beads, and small beading. The rest of the top is a solid black. It is a cotton shirt, but does feel like a knit that holds it shape. It has long fitted sleeves. The sleeves and the bottom hem are a finished hem so this top seems to be made to be worn outside.
