Pretty light weight blouse from Ann Taylor - Loft. This is a sheer material that is black with iridescent "dots" sown over the entire piece. The body of the blouse has a light black lining. The long sleeves are sheer. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulders and flow down the arm to an asymmetrical ruffle that ends and lays over the top of the hand.
