Top/Blouse that is black and cream lace by INC, International Concepts. This is a pullover top with a deep V-Neck that is about 7" from the top to the bottom of the V. It has long sleeves that have see through black and cream lace. The sleeves are asymmetrical and come down longer on the top of the hand to cover a portion and have a ruffled finished at the hem. There is a 5" slit on either side at the bottom hem which has a ruffle edge. The blouse is solid black with overlays of black and cream colored lace in different designs. It is fitted under the bust. The back has a string tie to pull it tight at the waist. This is a slim fitting top and is SIZE SMALL. Please see measurements below and in the pictures to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
