Which size would you recommend for bust 36b, waist 30 in?

@falcon13333 I would recommend at least a size medium. My daughter tried on the size small and she wear size 24-26 in jeans although her bust is a 34d and it pretty much fit her perfectly, although a little snug on her chest.

@amysue12483 ok, what are the waist measurements of the medium and large? And does it have stretch?

@falcon13333 OK I have measured the large waist at 27 inches ....that is where you see the white band around the waist that ties in the back the hips are measured at 32 inches. The medium measures 25 at the white waistband and 30 inches at the hips and yes they do have a slight stretch when I pull on the fabric
