TOMS Denim Monica Mule Size 11M Runs Small (10.5 best fit)

Very comfortable denim mule with a 3 1/2 inch wedge heel. I'm a size 11 but this seems to run about 1/2 inch smaller than a true 11; Size 11 fits right to the heel or slightly under with a wider foot; would fit a 10.5 perfectly or 11 with a slimmer foot or if you don't mind heel right at the back edge of the shoe;
