Hi! I am not familiar with Tom’s and am looking to buy these as a gift for a dear friend.
I have read reviews from buyers elsewhere that stated these adorable shoes ran small compared to other Tom’s shoes.
Are you able to let me know if they really run TTS or on the small side? I will buy a size up if necessary- thanks!

@lmiller524 hi there! I usually buy up at least a half size to full size up. I would say if the foot is narrow, a half size would do!

Thanks and sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. She has a wider foot and normally wears a size 8 if the shoe is not narrow. My concern is this specific shoe that others say ran abnormally small for Tom’s. If I buy the 8.5 and the 9 to be safe, and neither one fits, can I return them? Or return the one the doesn’t fit? BTW - I also Love your squishys and picked out a few for my sweet little rescue . ❤️

@lmiller524 unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to accept a return for them. I wear a 9 in this style of Toms and normally wear an 8 if that helps any. Perhaps check out their sizing guide? I added a pic. This style does stretch after a bit so they will loosen up.

Hi! Thanks for the surprise - I LOVE surprises and so did my sweet Munchkin! The size 9 are too long. No worries, they are super adorable and I’m sure i can gift them to someone else. Now I’m trying to figure out if I should get the 8 or the 8.5, or both to be safe lol. Would you be willing to give me a price break if I bought 2 more pairs? Thanks for the consideration.
